How to Organize Your Drawers!

Hey Scottsdale!

Finding clothes in your dresser can sometimes be a chore and the typical organizational method, stacking shirts and pants on top of each other, can lead to forgotten clothing and a messy searching. The “fold-and-stuff” method can also waste space, causing t-shirts to be hung in the closet. A simple fold and reorganization will help you condense your closet and maintain your dresser.

First, decide on a folding technique. The two methods that we recommend are rolling your clothes or folding them. (Stay tuned for a video tutorial on how to fold shirts with the same outcome every time!) Roll or fold them in a way that shows the logo or graphic if at all possible so you can differentiate between the shirts.

Next, stack, or file, your shirts, pants, and pajamas next to each other instead of on top of each other. This will allow you to see all of your clothes at the same time and will help you in maintaining the neatness of your dresser. You will no longer have to fumble around drawers to find the shirt you’re looking for!

Finally, to further organize your dresser, add dividers in your drawers to separate fundamental garments like socks and tank tops.
